Green salad with poppy seed dressing, smashed potato's with chives from the garden.  Beef meatballs with special sauce as follows:

3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
few dashes of favorite hot sauce to taste

fry the meatballs in a skillet, working in batches if needed.  Once meatballs are done de-glaze pan with red wine.  add in meatballs back in and pour over sauce, heat through!
