Orange Chicken Stir Fry



for sauce:
3/4 cup orange uice
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 table spoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon orange peel

mix all above in a small bowl till cornstarch is desolved.  set aside

Dice up 1/2 small onion
Dice up 1 pound chicken into bite sized pieces
8 oz snow peas
8 oz sliced mushroms

Stir fry onions and chicken.  Once chicken is just cook through add snow peas and mushrooms.  then add sauce mixture, toss until thick and veggies are crisp-tender.



I put this over rice.  after eating it, this needs more spice, maybe some red pepper flakes or hot sauce in the liquid mixture.
