Bacon mushroom soup

got this recipe from a Brother

start with Bacon (perfect right??)

then add onion and mushrooms
box of chicken broth, spices and garlic
when that has simmered, add some flour to thicken it up, a splash of white wine for flavor and then some cream.  Oh and add the bacon on top!
and beings I cooked with wine, also to drink

Turkey Quinoa

Ground turkey mixed with Quinoa on top of salad!  healthy and yummy

Chicken Noodle Soup

cook up one chicken breast in chosen spices
cook carrots (and/or whatever else you have in the fridge) in a bit of water.  The water also helps in getting all the good chicken stuff off the bottom of the pot

once carrots are soft, add the chicken, and one can of broth with as much water as you want (mine was 3 cups) Bring to boil
then I added some rice noodles and mushrooms at the end.  The rice noodles take only minutes to cook

Lemon pepper Salmon

sprinkled salmon with lemon peel and cracked black pepper.  Served with Quinoa and salad

Chickpea Soup

Butternut squash, chickpeas, potatoes and jalapeno pepper for some kick.  cook this in chicken broth until the veggies are tender


I added more spices to
when veggies are tender motor boat the entire pot.  then at the end put just a little bit of whipping cream .
