Grilled Mahi Mahi

marinated with garlic oil, lemon juice, capers, and mustard

and tonights wine (white to go better)


Peppered Steak

steak cooked with green bell peppers, mushrooms, beef broth. served over rice

and the wine (and my new perfect ME glass)


Turkey Salad

ground turkey cooked with cajon seasoning, over fresh garden lettuce


Chicken pasta

grilled chicken breast, tossed in pasta, lemon extra virgin olive oil and some mushrooms.  and a cesear salad.  Yum
