Chicken Sammie!
cause it it hotter than Hades out there, sammies for dinner:
chicken breast (that was put on the grill while making burgers) diced up with some ginger/grape with lemon balsamic some Italian seasoning and then a slice of mozzarella cheese; squished in the panini maker! just some easy cole-slaw to go with
but of course I have to have the wine:
